1. Acceptance

By accessing prompt-market.jp ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Content Policy

All content on this platform must be:

• SFW (Safe For Work) — no explicit, sexually suggestive, or NSFW content
• Free of real-person likenesses (celebrities, public figures, VTubers, idols, seiyuu)
• Free of content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
• Compliant with applicable copyright and intellectual property laws

Violations result in immediate account suspension without refund.

4. Prompt Sales

Creators list AI image generation prompts for sale. Buyers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased prompt according to the license tier selected by the creator (Personal / Commercial / Extended). The platform retains a 25% service fee on each sale.

5. Credits and Payments

Credits (1 credit = ¥1) are non-refundable once consumed for image generation. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase per applicable consumer protection law.

6. Intellectual Property

Prompts are original works of the creator. AI-generated images produced using the Service may or may not be protected under copyright depending on applicable jurisdiction. The platform makes no representations regarding the copyright status of AI-generated outputs.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to: circumvent payment, scrape content, reverse-engineer prompt bodies from watermarked previews, or violate any applicable law.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be resolved in the Tokyo District Court.
