• Account data: email address, display name, language preference
• Payment data: processed by Stripe — we do not store card details
• Usage data: prompt views, generations, purchases
• Content data: prompts you create, images you generate

2. How We Use Data

To provide and improve the Service, process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We share data with: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database hosting), Cloudflare (image storage), fal.ai (image generation). We do not sell your data.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained until account deletion. Generated images are stored for 12 months. Purchase records are retained for 7 years per Japanese accounting law.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR and Japan's Act on Protection of Personal Information, you have rights to access, correct, and delete your data. Contact privacy@prompt-market.jp.

6. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication (Supabase session) and analytics (Vercel Analytics). No third-party advertising cookies.
